Payments & Shipping
The amount of tax and shipping added to your order depends on the product and ship method you choose. Once you're done shopping and have finished adding items to your cart, you will have an opportunity to select the ship method at the checkout screen.
Applicable sales tax is additional and based on the ship-to-address. We do not accept tax exempt certificates on our website.
 
Order Confirmation/Delivery Time
At MyRenugo, we know you want to receive your order as soon as possible, and we make every effort to speed things along. The date you receive your order will depend on order approval and the ship method you have chosen. However, heavy volume, inclement weather or factory delays may affect your delivery date.
 
Estimated delivery time
• Ground Shipping 5-7 Days
 
Estimated Delivery Times: Time it takes to get to the ship destination once the package is placed with the carrier and based on ship method selected.
Pending Order Approval: Time it takes for the order to clear the order and payment verification process.
Important Restocking Fee Information: Unless the product is defective (as reasonably determined by MyRenugo) or the return is a direct result of a MyRenugo error, MyRenugo will charge a restocking fee up to 15% of the purchase price paid.

Order Shipping and Handling Options
MyRenugo only ships to addresses in the 50 United States and District of Columbia. MyRenugo does NOT ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Hotels or Internationally. This unit is for use in the United States only.
 
MyRenugo Return Policy
You may return the products purchased from MyRenugo within thirty (30) days from the date of the MyRenugo invoice and obtain a credit of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges and a 15% restocking fee) to the credit card account used to purchase the products. To return products, you must call MyRenugo at 1-866-856-8927 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization and to receive instructions on returning the system back for complete details on our return policy please see the Terms & Conditions of Sale.
 
MyRenugo Warranty
MyRenugo offers a 30 day warranty on all products sold.
 
For a period of 30 days after delivery, MyRenugo will, without cost to you, at MyRenugo's option, either (i) repair defective products; (ii) furnish replacement products; or (iii) grant you credit equal to the defective products' net purchase price. Defective conditions in the products caused by third parties, acts of God, defective installation, other trades, abnormal use or stress, or other matters unrelated to MyRenugo's activities are specifically excluded from the coverage of this warranty. You also hereby agree to be bound by MyRenugo's return and replacement policies.
 
EXCEPT AS SET FORTH ABOVE, THE SITE AND SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND ARE GIVEN AND ACCEPTED IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, MYRENUGO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALL OTHER REMEDIES. THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED IN THIS SECTION 6 ARE YOUR ONLY REMEDIES FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER CLAIM. MYRENUGO'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THE SITE, SERVICES, PRODUCTS, OR THE USE OF THE PRODUCTS, WHETHER ON WARRANTIES OR CLAIM OF NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT IN ANY CASE EXCEED THE COST PAID FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, AND MYRENUGO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.
